REFERRALS
Most of the individuals I work with self-refer for support with what are often described as common mental health concerns. These include anxiety, depression, phobias, OCD, anger, relationship challenges, psychosomatic symptoms, trauma, dissociation, and attachment-related difficulties—among many others.
I also work closely with healthcare professionals who may be navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, or the emotional toll of caregiving roles. I warmly welcome referrals from doctors, nurses, paramedics, psychologists, therapists, coaches, and other mental health practitioners who are looking for a safe, supportive space to reflect and heal.
In addition, I have a special interest in supporting people who are on a path of personal growth and self-discovery. This includes working with creatives, musicians, artists, and athletes—helping them move through internal blocks and access greater clarity, presence, and performance potential.

ABOUT WORKING ONLINE
Like many psychologists, I transitioned to working online when the pandemic began. Initially, Like most of us, I was sceptical at first—unsure whether the depth and effectiveness of therapy could be maintained through a screen. To my surprise and relief, I found that none of the therapeutic value was lost. In fact, all the techniques I use—including EMDR—translated seamlessly to the online space.
What I hadn’t anticipated was how much could be gained. For many clients, online therapy offers greater convenience, flexibility, and access—especially for those living in remote areas or struggling to find the right support locally. In fact feedback from long-term clients has consistently echoed this, with many appreciating how much easier it is to fit online therapy into their lives.
Today, with clients based across the UK and Europe, my entire practice (including clinical supervision) is delivered online. It’s a format I’ve come to value deeply—for its accessibility, adaptability, and ability to support meaningful, effective therapeutic work.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO TALK?
Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting—but it can also be the beginning of a life-changing journey and one of the most valuable investments you can make in yourself.
I believe that finding the right therapist is one of the most important (and sometimes trickiest) parts of the process. To support this, I offer a free 25-minute introductory phone call, giving us both the chance to explore whether we’re a good fit and how we might work together.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll take a collaborative approach tailored to your needs. We may focus on a specific therapeutic modality, or we might draw from a blend of approaches to find what best supports you.
If you're considering starting therapy and would like to talk further, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
